It's inevitable that a category we created might not work as well as we thought. But deleting the category without a trace may have consequences. So we'll document retired categories here, just in case.
Name | ID | Description |
---|---|---|
Categories (Drupal) | 8 | How to technically implement with Drupal the categorizing ideas from the website organization category. Just wasn't much in the category. What was here was folded into its parent category, Drupal. |
Apache | 22 | Regarding the Apache HTTPD webserver that Drupal runs within. Just not much in the category. What was here was folded into its parent, Website (Technology). |
Technology | 2 | A catch-all for things "techie". I don't think we need something so generic. What was here was categorized well enough without it. |
Roles (Online) | 6 | How we would assign roles online. Great topic, but I don't think it needs a category. Items here were assigned either "Website" or "Drupal". |
Online | 1 | Thinking there would be online features beyond the website worthy of a category, this would be their parent. Since "Website" covers most of our online concerns, we don't need it. Most content is already categorized fine without this category, and the few others were assigned "Website". |
The ID is used in URLs (e.g. /taxonomy/term/ID
).
