History
Our current association with AtHomeNet may be a product of our hiring Piedmont Management for management services. Piedmont Management's website is provided by AtHomeNet. AtHomeNet's management company website pricing ("$5 monthly reduction in cost of Management Company web site for every community web site signed up by the Management Company"), may have brought AtHomeNet's pitch to the Windsor Board.
Without looking at other options, the Windsor contracted AtHomeNet for website services. (Who?, When?, Why?)
Contract
We currently (2007-02) are under contract with AtHomeNet for a year, starting 2007-01-15. We purchased their "Pointer" plan for $60/month.
The cancellation policy is unknown (someone find out?).

AtHomeNet uses TOPS Interactive Web Site Service.

Contract With AtHomeNet?
Maria,
Could you help me undestand our relationship with At Home.net? We are currently checking out all of our options which we should have done before starting with athome. I would just like to know if we are on a monthly payment system or was there a contract we signed for a time period, if so, how long? We may stick with athome if we like it after we stack it up to a couple others but in the mean time we would like to know about any contractual agreements we have made.

One Year Contract With AtHomeNet

AtHomeNet replied that the contractual agreement is for one year from the initial date of 1/15/07. After the first year, it is Quarter to Quarter.
