This logo was left to us by the developer.
Maria (property manager) acquired it from the printer (Which printer?)
Be sure to use the original (full size) (or the best we have) if you're doing any real work.

You can see this is just a scan (raster) of some artwork, and not the format I'd imagine the original to be in (vector). I've yet to find out who the printer is Maria got the graphic from, but it's her impression that this is the best we can do. Howard Woodard also mentioned he wouldn't be surprised if this is all the developer has left for us.
I hear there are folks thinking about creating a new logo though, so this might not matter.
