All,
I need your help/thoughts on redoing the layout of my unit. I'm one of those who purchased a unit that was not touched by the developer. Since that time, I've removed the kitchen wall, added granite floor, silestone counters, etc. Now I'm considering, expanding closet space by taking advantage of the dead hall way space to the bedroom and adding french-style doors to the bedroom. I always have an issue with what to do with the TV! I'm considering adding a flat planel on the partition of the kitchen closet. See picture below for my current layout and new additions:
Any thoughts on design, etc would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to reply here or contact me directly at kenw@gsu.edu or call 404.992.4272.
Thanks!
Ken.

Deleted Your Post?
Hi, Ken.
Just noticed you deleted this post (about your renovation ideas). I thought that was a really cool post and am sad to see it go. I'm curious about a couple things.
Thanks.

The edit feature is available, just deleted all my text :).

Can I Put It Back?
Would you mind if I put it back? Then, (instead of deleting it), you can put a note at the top saying your plans have changed, so there's no need to reply? I just thought the post was a great example of what a good, interactive website could be.
It'll also give me a chance to see how you made a change without a new revision being stored. Maybe you found a bug!
sure.
I'll add more topics if you like: a talk on fav balcony plants and share my new succulent collection, xbox gamers, etc. BTW I received this email message when responding back directly to you >> webmaster@5.0ne.org (550 : Relay access denied)

Retired Post, New Categories, Email Error
I restored your
post.If you want to edit the post and add a note at the top (maybe emphasized) or add a comment replying to the post, explaining why you're no longer interested in feedback, that'd be great.
I still don't know how you made a change without a new revision of the post being created, but it's good to know that happened so I can be thinking about it. You'll have to show me your magic in person next time we see eachother. :^)
That'd be great!
The main navigation currently doesn't really have a place for that kind of stuff, but it should. You can always add Tags (see here and here) that we can later integrate into the main Categories (see here and here). You're posts will just be an extra click away until will update things to accommodate the new topics (categories).
If you want to start a discussion about that kind of stuff (website features, new topic categories in the navigation, etc.), but sure to include those posts (content) in the Organization (Website) category (in addition to any others you'd like).
Woops! Thanks for telling me, that is now fixed.
Love your post!
Sounds like you don't need any responses anymore (and I'm not qualified to give one - I have no creativity!). But I love your post! I wish all of you creative people would post what you have done with your units! It is quite inspiring and makes me want to tear down walls and get started myself!
Thanks!
Claudia
