For those who missed the 2007-11-08 Information Session, here are some points I overheard Robert (Communication Committe) mention to a curious resident.

Winnie opened the meeting and went over the agenda.

  • Be careful during the holiday season – a Rep from 1st Security our front desk company
  • We still need a renter’s cap – Howard spoke and got a lot of support. An AD HOC committee was formed
  • The annual meeting is set for December 12th. Please sign your proxy even if you plan to attend
  • Exterior Work – Lisa answered questions. We have a new primary contractor. He is the old sub-contractor. The exterior work may be complete by the end of the year.
