Howard explained that Maria Kujawa, our current Property Manager (an employee of our current property management company, Piedmont Management) has used the AtHomeNet website service with other properties she's managed in the past. Howard said he plans to learn about her experience with the TOPS IWSS (AtHomeNet's website software) and report back.
Jason checked in with AtHomeNet on his design update request, but still no reply.
It was agreed that our first target users will be Committees. We would like them to have their meeting dates, notes, and any other materials they may want to share amongst themselves or our community, available on the website. To make that happen we should organize a training session for Committee members responsible for such information.
Before we do that though, we need to establish the policies for those website activities and document them for ourselves. In order to do that we need to understand the capabilities of the TOPS IWSS system, which should happen through Dave's investigations and Maria's experience. Some of the issued mentioned:
