Neighbors @ 620 Peachtree

The first Floor Captains Meeting was held on Sunday, February 25, 2007 at 2pm, by Jessica Andino to invite residents to volunteer to be a laison between the Board and the residents on their floor. We currently have people for the 4th, 7th and 17th floors.

Dave Barker has set up a committee to address the needs of a Windsor Over Peachtree website and holds weekly meetings to generate new and exciting ideas for this avenue of communication. The meetings are every Monday at 6:30pm in the conference room. To view the two existing websites go to Windsoroverpeachtree.org and 5.0ne.org.

Robert Truesdale is a board member and the head of the Communications Committee that meets the last Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm. Volunteers are always welcome.

Lisa Sawyer and Robert will get together with Maria at Piedmont Management to discuss how to let all the residents know of the upcoming assessment, the vote for a new glass door to the balconies, and the cap on the percentage of renters allowed at the Windsor. Volunteers will be needed to disseminate this information.

We still need more floor captains so if you know of any residents that may be interested please let me know.
