• The freight elevator must be reserved in advance with the Management Office at 404-881-6654 during regular business hours, Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm and Friday 9:00am-12:00Noon. Only the freight elevator may be used for moves. Use of a passenger elevator for a move may result in a fine to the homeowner.
• Please check with the Front Desk for instructions for your movers regarding the dock, truck and elevator access prior to the move date. The dock is restricted to certain size trucks. Dollies and hand trucks are not available onsite.
• Freight elevator hours are:
  

  9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Saturday ONLY
  No moves on Sunday or Holidays

• A security deposit check of $400.00 is required payable to The Windsor Over Peachtree Condominium Association, Inc. and given to the Management Office. All common areas will be inspected before and after the move. If there is no damage, the security deposit may be picked up from the Management Office.
• Elevator Charges
  • 3 hours of elevator time will be allowed for a single move
  • Time over the initial 3 hours will be billed at $50.00 per hour payable by check at the time of the move. The amount will be billed to the unit owner's account.
