Homeowner In Unit Renovations

  • Obtain packet from Management Office 30 to 60 days prior to scheduling work.
  • Completed packet must be reviewed by building maintenance supervisor, Architectural Control Committee and the Board at their regularly scheduled meetings.
  • Architectural Control Committee meets the 3rd Thursday of the month, unless posted otherwise.
  • Board of Directors meeting is the 4th Wednesday of the month, unless posted otherwise.
