Leave Comments

All pages provide a link near the bottom to, "Add new comment". Anyone can read and respond to any comment made on a page, allowing a discussion or forum to exist for any topic for which there is a page on our website. See our Comments page for more information.

Logging into our website (using the "User login" form at right) allows:

  • Leaving comments without delay (comments from unknown users are moderated)
  • Creation of new pages
  • Editing of existing pages
  • An optional profile page with information about yourself (shown only to other registered users)

If it's your first time logging in, choose the "Create new account" link to the right. It's very easy to do, and you only have to do it once.

Edit Content

Want to correct or improve a webpage? Please do, it's the only way it will get done!

You must be logged in to edit a page. Near the top of the page you will see an option to "Edit". If you do not, go to the text's page by selecting its title or the "Read more" link near the bottom.

All past versions of the page are saved, so you don't have to worry about the page getting "messed up". In the case of an unwanted change, a page may be reverted to an earlier version through the "Revisions" link near the top.

Categorize

Every page should be categorized so that it is easy to find and use. By categorizing pages, the website:

When creating or editing a page, you will see a "Categories" section, containing two places for input.

The first, "Category", allows you to select any number of premade categories. (Hold down the Control (Ctrl) key on your keyboard while clicking to select multiple categories.)

The "Tag" input allows you to assign any term you'd like. As you type, the system will suggest similar terms that have been used in the past.

Create Content

Contribute to the website by posting new information on a page of its own by following the "Create content" link to the right.
